Meatball Grinders

Isn't your mouth drooling already? Oh, a meatball grinder, sounds good to me anytime of the day, any day of the week, and week out of the year. It gets my mouth watering and it's no wonder that  I can't resist ordering them every time I go into Subway! Tonight though, we had it for dinner, and jeez, did I want to ask for another one! He he!

What you need:

meatballs
tomato sauce
long grinder rolls
cheese (provolone, mozzarella)

1. Cook the tomato sauce in a pan until it boils on the stovetop. You can cook the meatballs in the same pan, or read the instructions on the bag. (Every meatball cooks differently, just ask your Grandma!)
2. In the oven on 350 degrees (or as low as you like) on a cookie dish toast the bread with the provolone cheese on top. Remove when the bread either begins to brown or the cheese melts to your satisfaction.
3. Remove the pan and add 3-5 meatballs per cheesy roll. As an added touch add mozzerella cheese to the top of the meatballs immediatly to get that delicious melty cheese.
4. Enjoy!

*Can be served with salad, you need your veggies!
