'Poisoned' Apple Pie


Now doesn't that just look DELICIOUS?? I picked this recipe up in Lyon, France and it turned out so good that there wasn't a single piece left! Now that's a good pie!

Need:
- 6 Yellow Apples
- 1 Pie Crust
- Cinnamon
- Butter
- Brown Sugar

Prepare:
1. Place the pie crust into the pie pan and smooth out.
2. Slice the apples into six slices each, the cut the slices into smaller slices ... smaller than bite size!
3. Place all the apple slices into the pie dish
4. Mix in the butter, Cinnamon and brown sugar (no actual measured amounts, use your best judgement!)
5. Bake for an hour BUT after about 10-15 minutes turn the pie ... and the best part is there is no need for a top!
