Makes TWO!
Ingredients:
- Tuna Fish
- Chick Peas
- Fresh Lettuce
- Salsa
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Wrap
Directions:
- Add Lettuce, Salsa, Shredded Cheese and Chickpeas on to the Wrap.
- Then, add the Tuna Fish....
- Roll up your sandwich...
- And enjoy!
I made one for dinner and the second one I packed up to eat for lunch tomorrow at work! The best part was that I had the salsa last night to go with my chips, and tomorrow I'm going to have kielbasa with rice, and now a chickpea salad! Yum!
